The Candleholder comes in two sizes: small and large.
The wood used for The Candleholder is Pau amarelo, which is beautiful bright and deep yellow color. We also use Coracao de negro, which has the very unique characteristic that it becomes darker with age, until it finally becomes almost black. It is also very heavy and sinks in water. Still it is soft and tactile to the touch and extremely elegant.
Cuaraco de negro – iron wood, an underutilized lesser know species from tropical South America of extremely hard and very heavy wood. Even when completely dry this wood sinks in water. The wood darkens over time almost turning into black.
