The Bowl in Muiracatiara

The Bowl comes in three sizes: small, medium and large.

The wood used is Muiracatiara, which has soft and warm light to medium brown colors – some with dark brown almost black streaks running through the wood.

A very common and beautiful species of hardwood from Central and South America. Mostly light brown turning slightly darker and sometimes with black stripes

From these points, move 250 km to the South East into the state of Para and notice the severe deforestation (currently about 4% annually) coming in from the East into the Eastern parts of the State of Amazonia.
